The purpose of this contract is the drafting of the “Construction Project for the Development of the Vitoria-Gasteiz – Valderejo Natural Park long-distance route”. Also, its connections with the Autonomous Community of Castilla-León, through the realization of the Study of Alternatives of the route of the Itinerary and the Development of the Constructive Project.
The Vitoria-Gasteiz – Valderejo Natural Park long-distance route begins in the Vitoria Green Belt, specifically in the vicinity of the Crispijana nucleus, and runs through the towns of Vitoria-Gasteiz, Villodas, Nanclares de Oca, Subijana Morillas, Salinas de Añana, Espejo, Kampezo, Gujanda, San Román, Bernedo, Lagrain, Peñacerrada, Berganzo, Quintanilla de la Ribera, Salcedo, Fontecha, Villanueva de Valdegovía and, in the province of Álava, through the town of Lalastra, which belongs to Castilla León.
Among the works to be carried out are the preliminary works that include the analysis of the urban planning legislation and sectorial conditioning factors, the evaluation of routes and alternative solutions, the compilation and synthesis of the geological, geotechnical, hydrogeological and hydraulic information of the scope of work and the environmental characterization of the area.
On the other hand, the construction project of the Gran Recorrido will be drafted, taking into account the necessary earthworks, paving and drainage, the ecological and landscape improvement and integration, the signaling, the list and valuation of affected assets and rights, and finally, the study of the interactions with vehicular traffic.
