The purpose of this contract is the service (initially two years, 2011-2015) of technical assistance to the works management works of the Integral Sanitation Plan of the District of Greater Bilbao (Block 11). This assistance will complete the human and material resources of the Works Management integrated by technicians of the Bilbao Bizkaia Water Consortium (CABB), for the Management, Control and Surveillance of the execution of the sewerage construction works entrusted.

Among the most important works are the Arriandi Storm Tank, the Cotorrio Interceptor (Upper Section), the Alto Butrón Phase 2 Drainage. Fruiz and Lotina collectors and Phase 3. Arrieta collectors, the Armintza-Urizar collector, the new regulating tank in Abanto (La Esperanza), the extension of the Galindo odor treatment system and the collectors in Medio Butrón.

The scope of the works contained in the contracts is to collaborate with the Administration (CABB) in the Works Management, assisting the Works Manager in the performance of his duties. The scope of the works includes on-site work for control and supervision, as well as the provision of technical office support and material resources.
